King George Whiting are a huge favourite for many Melbourne people for many reasons.
Available year round in both Western Port & Port Phillip Bay, it's the mid to end of Spring & on through Summer into Autumn that in-turn has many people out in search of these terrific hard fighting & timid biting species. Rated very highly as a table fish they have always commanded a high price at any fish market or restaurant.
We are always available for Whiting Charters year round, & will be doing quite a few from Dec onwards right through until the depths of Winter next year in both Western Port & Port Phillip Bay.
More often than not we aquire ultra fresh Mussels for our Whiting Charters as like most other popular species in our waters, Fresh bait will generally outfish other offerings.

Think BIG Mixed Species 8 Hour + Charter
These 8hr Charters are aimed at clients who wish to mix it up a bit & are after a full day charter. Generally these charters take place after the busy period of our Snapper season, that traditionally slows up around Christmas time.
Mixed Species charters are a good way of experiencing species such as Whiting, Salmon, Silver Trevally, Gummy Sharks, Pinky Snapper & quite a few other popular species available throughout the Summer period & onto the start of Winter at least.
These style of charters are also a great way of sharing the fun for a Birthday or a Team building exercise amongst work colleagues.

Silver Trevally are always a hard fighting welcome catch that make both great eating when fresh & are also an A1 Bait for many species in Western Port.
